2nd Annual Romeo Wrestling Bean Bag Tourney Fundraiser

When:  Friday, July 30, 2010

Where:  The Romeo Lions Club (Peach Fest Beer Tent)
On Washington St. just S. of 32 Mile east of Van Dyke

Check in:  5:30 PM warm-up, etc.
Tournament start time:  6:30 PM until tournament is over

Cost:  $25.00 for tournament players PREPAID by July 28th
$35.00 AT THE DOOR
$10.00 for adults not playing in tournament
$5.00 for kids (or adults not drinking keg)

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams will win $$ which will be determined by number of participants.

What is included:  Keg beer, pop, water, hot dogs, munchies!!

There will also be a 50/50 raffle!!

So bring your family and friends to enjoy an event with fellow Romeo Wrestling Families, Friends, and Fans to support the Romeo Wrestling Team!!!

Entrance fee for tournament players will need to be paid in advance by Wednesday, July 28th so the bracket can be ready at the time of tournament.  If you do not pay in advance and the brackets are filled, there may not be a spot for you to participate! 
Each team will be randomly drawn. 
Tournament will start promptly at 6:30 PM, if you are late you will forfeit your game and be moved to the consolation round.

We are asking families to bring a dish to pass and donations which will benefit the event to make it successful.  Items for donations:  Two liters of pop, bags of chips, or water.  Please call Beth at 586-531-1011 or Kristin at 586-405-8440 and let them know the item you will be bringing.

Last year was a huge success, let’s make this year’s tourney bigger and better to support the Romeo Wrestling Team!!!!‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ ‌‌
