I hope everyone is enjoying their summer. The weather has certainly been awesome. Wrestling season will be here before you know it. The coaching staff has already begun meeting for the upcoming season. We have the potential to have a really fun and exciting season this year as long as we all work during the off-season. In an effort to make sure we are working and improving during the off-season we are testing all wrestlers prior to the start of the coming season. The testing dates will be on the 2nd Thursday of each month until the season starts. We will run a “Quadathalon” which will consist of a mile run, pull-ups, push-ups, and box jumps. Your times will be recorded with the expectation you will improve your time each test. The test should not take that long to complete. All wrestlers are expected to meet in the auxiliary gym at 5:30pm on the given dates:

Thursday, November 11If you cannot make a testing date, please call me at so we can set up another time for you to complete the test. Please forward to anyone you know who is thinking about coming out for the team. I will see you on Thursday.

SPORTS PHYSICALS:
There will be sports physical held at RHS on Tuesday August 3, 2010 beginning at 6 PM. Cost is $20. All fall athletes need to have a sports physical by August 9th to participate in any team activities. Take care of business! There is NO excuse for showing up the first day of practice without a physical.
